Womb Alchemy: Leading From Your Full, Female Self
“Attending to personal fate during planetary war is a guerrilla skill and collective endeavor. Nothing is truly personal. We are a compound dream, cohering. I have not found a difference between outside and inside—war is everywhere, and we can’t estimate the impact of our efforts toward integrity.” - Erin Langley
Dear Women,
A new time is rising.
So many of us have been raped, shackled, silenced, confused, isolated, abused. And yet we are still here, so fiercely alive in this moment of reckoning. Your presence is integral to a greater unfolding. It is time we gather around our abundant and formidable strengths.
You know this.
Let us ready ourselves to transmute patriarchy’s presence.
I dreamed this circle up in a community of women, and in conversations with friends who are survivors, as we gape, gobsmacked at the enormity of the Epstein, Pelicot, and Chavez revelations. It feels good to be in this unfolding…when we are together. I want to be in it with you. Because each time I try for the edges of my mind and how I show up, I am most buoyed by being seen, heard, and held by other women.
We are being called into the ancient technology of circling.
I warmly invite you to join us in a multi-sensory round of bodies who will gather, virtually, for 12 weeks.
We will move closer to the body of our mother earth.
We will love and listen to one another.
We will deepen our presence.
We will likely cry, and we will most certainly laugh.
We will know our specificities – feeling the overlaps, as well as the divergences.
We will inhabit our own minds and bodies more fully.
We will hold the injustice and tension of our times together.
We will make vows to ourselves, in glorious concert.
We will reshape our world.
It might just bring you closer to your whole self than you’ve ever been.
I will provide a facilitated space for us to:
use writing and somatic tools for accessing the wisdom of of our bodies
practice deep listening - to ourselves, and one another
set deeply personal goals for how we engage in justice work
build unity, accountability, and power alongside one another as we face the opportunity/peril of living in these times
train our attention on what makes us feel most alive and joyful so we can stay juicy and connected to something larger than ourselves in this ongoing work
move from confusion to clarity, from paralysis to power, personally and collectively
and finally, we will be joined by some powerful guest facilitators, so stay tuned!

If you want to go far, go together.”

How It Works
I facilitate the creation of a container for strong, trust-worthy relationships that can withstand our learning curves. We use deep listening with one another so we can honestly show our struggles while simultaneously reaching for what is true and powerful about ourselves.
Together, we co-create a sense of being “in it” with a committed crew of women ready to do the work of organizing our world in a way that is good for everyone. We use our connections to foster a supportive network of accountability so we can live into our callings as justice-cultivating actors in the world. Knowing you aren’t acting alone is powerful beyond imagining.

“Michelle is one of the best facilitators I have come across.
Her work in creating community with the Study, Feel, Act Racial Justice Study Group that I participated in during several months of the pandemic and social uprisings made for a welcoming and challenging place to face all my complex thoughts and feelings. She navigated conversations that arose from different experiences within our group with seeming ease. Reciprocity was at the fore, right along with accountability.”
